Registration/General Information
Online Registration Closed: June 11, 2011
After this date we will not give refunds for workshop cancellations unless another person fills the cancelled space. If your space is filled, cancellation fees may apply (see section on Cancellation).
Registering For Workshops during the Black Sheep Gathering
We will register people for workshops during the Black Sheep Gathering for those workshops that still have openings.
Check-in
Morning and all-day workshops begin at 8:30a.m. and afternoon workshops begin at 1:30 p.m.
Check-in times are: 7:45-8:30a.m. and 12:45-1:30p.m. respectively. Students need to check in at the O'Hara Catholic School unless otherwise noted on the confirmation letter.
Registration Confirmation
If you register by mail, you will receive a confirmation for your registration either through the mail or via e-mail, depending on whether or not you provide us with an e-mail address. The confirmation notice will provide you with the name and materials/homework for each workshop you have registered for, as well as a link to your registration record and payment. If you lose your list of materials you can view this information on the Workshops page.
If you do not receive your registration confirmation in your Inbox, please check your junk/spam filters. If you do not find it there, please let us know.
Waiting Lists
We will keep a Waiting List of 5 people for each workshop. Names will be placed on waiting lists in the order that requests are received. If someone cancels out of a workshop prior to the Black Sheep Gathering we will contact the first person on the list to offer them the space. You will have 2 days to respond, and if we have not heard from you we will move to the next person in line.
If you do not make it on the waiting list we will let you know. You cannot be enrolled in a workshop and be on the waiting list for another workshop that is occurring at the same time.
Waiting lists will be cleared on the day Black Sheep Gathering begins, June 24, 2011. If someone does not check in for a full workshop, their spot will be filled on a first-come first-served basis by anyone waiting and interested, provided they arrive within 10 minutes of the start of the workshop.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK INSTRUCTORS IF THERE IS SPACE IN THEIR WORKSHOP OR IF THEY WOULD OPEN A SPACE FOR YOU. WORKSHOP SPACES ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF BLACK SHEEP GATHERING AT THIS POINT AND NOT THE INSTRUCTORS.

Workshop Fees & Materials Fee
The workshop fee and material’s fee are listed in the workshop descriptions. When you register, the materials fee is included in the overall fee that you are charged. We collect the materials fees and then return them to the instructors.
Payment Options
You may pay by check or credit card when registering online. We accept Mastercard and Visa. We will process your online payment within 5-7 days after you register for workshops. If you choose to pay by check when you register online, we must receive your payment within 10 days of your registration in order to hold your workshops.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The following fees apply to cancellations/workshop changes:
- An $8 fee will apply to each workshop that is cancelled or changed up to a maximum of $32.
- There will be no refunds for workshops that are cancelled after June 11, 2011, unless your place is filled from a waiting list. You will then be refunded the workshop fee minus any cancellation/change fee(s) that apply.
