Workshop Registration/General Information
Please note: The opening day of registration has been moved since we printed the catalog. We did not realize when we set the original day that it would fall on Easter Sunday. We apologize for any inconvenience and/or confusion.
In order to avoid server overloads, we do not have a set time for registration to open. If you go to the registration website on April 6, 2013 and the ‘Register Now’ button is not visible, please try again later. Waiting List requests submitted before registration opens will not be processed

After this date we will not give refunds for workshop cancellations unless the space if filled by another person. If your space is filled, cancellation fees may apply (see section on cancellation).

Workshop Registration During the Black Sheep Gathering:
We will register people for workshops that have openings during the Black Sheep Gathering on a first-come first-served basis.
Check-In Times
(Please Read Carefully. This information has been updated since the catalog was printed):
Morning and all-day workshops begin check-in at 7:30 am.
Afternoon workshops begin check-in at 12 noon.
Registration Confirmation:
You will receive confirmation of your registration by e-mail. The confirmation notice will provide you with: The names and times of your workshops, as well as experience and materials required. There will also be a link to your registration record. If you lose your list of materials, you can download the list here. If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail in your inbox, please check your junk/spam filters. If you do not find it there, please let us know and we will get it to you.
Waiting Lists:
We will keep a waiting list of up to 5 people for each workshop. Names will be placed on waiting lists in the order that requests are received. If someone cancels out of a workshop prior to the Black Sheep Gathering, we will contact the first person on the list and offer them the space. You will have 2 days to respond, after which we will move to the next person in line.
If you do not make it on to the waiting list, we will let you know. You cannot be enrolled in a workshop and be on the waiting list for another workshop that is occurring at the same time.
Waiting lists will be cleared on the day the Black Sheep Gathering begins, Friday June 21, 2013. If someone does not check in for a full workshop, their spot will be filled on a first-come first-served basis by anyone waiting and interested.

Fees and Cancellation Policy
Workshop Fees and Materials Fees:
The workshop fee and materials fee are listed in the workshop descriptions. When you register, the materials fee is included in the overall fee that you are charged. We collect the materials fees and give them to the instructors.
Payment Options:
You may pay by check or by credit card when registering online. We accept MasterCard and Visa. We will process your online payment 5-7 days after you register for workshops. If you choose to pay by check when you register online, we must receive your payment with 10 days of registration. Make checks payable to Black Sheep Gathering, Inc. and mail to: Black Sheep Gathering Workshops, c/o Andrea Hudson, 4576 Sedona Drive, Eugene OR 97404.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
The following fees apply to cancellations/workshop changes:
- An $8.00 fee will apply to each workshop that is cancelled or changed, up to a maximum of $32.00.
- There will be no refunds for workshops that are cancelled after June 2 2013 unless your space is filled from a waiting list. You will then be refunded the workshop fee minus any cancellation/change fee(s) that apply

| Essential Tips for Online Registration Please Read Before Registering! |
1. Check the workshop schedule on this website to see which workshops have openings - We will do our best to keep the listings up to date! 2. Have 2nd and 3rd choice workshops in mind – We have some very popular workshops that fill up very quickly so please have some alternates in mind before you begin registration in case your first choice is full. 3. Move through the registration pages quickly – Please complete your registration and move forward. Do not use the ‘back’ button on your browser or go back to the Black Sheep Gathering webpage to review descriptions. This action disturbs the database and creates longer processing times for everyone. 4. Click on the “Continue” button only once to move to the next registration page -- It may take 10+ seconds to move to the next page. 5. You are not registered for a workshop until you pay and check out – WORKSHOP CHOICES ARE NOT YOURS UNTIL YOU COMPLETE THE PAYMENT INFORMATION AND CLICK “FINISH MY REGISTRATION.” There may be several other people registering for the exact same workshop while you are registering. 6. Never use the ‘back’ button on your web browser. 7. Once you have read the instructions, click “Register Now” to begin your registration. |
Workshop Changes and Additions:
No workshop additions, exchanges, or cancellations can be done online. Please finish your registration process, then fill out the online Add/Drop form and submit it. Your change or addition will be handled right away. A fee may be applied for cancellations or changes.
Waiting List:
If you want to be on the waiting list for a full workshop, complete your online registration for any other workshops you want and then return to the Black Sheep Gathering website (by clicking the home button on the bottom of the exit page) and fill out the Waiting List Form. Your name will be placed on the waiting list in the order received. If you do not make it on to a waiting list, we will let you know. You cannot be enrolled in a workshop and be on the waiting list for another workshop that is occurring at the same time. If a space opens up, we will contact the first person on the list an offer them the spot. You will have 2 days to respond, after which we will move to the next person in line. Waiting lists will be cleared on the day Black Sheep Gathering begins, June 21, 2013.
Registering for More Than One Person
Please register for each individual separately. One registration per individual.
If you are registering online for another person, please make sure that you have all of their contact information and register using their e-mail address. If the person you are registering for does not have and e-mail address you may use your own. If you have already registered using your e-mail address you will be asked if you want to begin a new registration. Click on the button labeled “Begin a new registration with this e-mail” and proceed to enter the new name, address and phone number.
If you use your e-mail for someone else’s registration you will receive all notifications related to it, including his/her confirmation letter. We will rely on you to pass this information along.
If you create more than one registration for yourself your registrations will be consolidated into a single record. An $8.00 change fee will be assessed for each time this needs to be done.
